If you cannot find the product you want on our website, please CALL US OR SEND US AN E-MAIL to sales@kja-international.com. Not all products are listed on the web-site and on many occasions we may have it or we can source it for you. Our Tech Sales Team will be more than pleased to assist you.
Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card, Amex or on account with net 30 day terms upon credit approval. Credit application form available upon request.
Orders are shipped prepaid and charged, FOB Oakville, ON. Collect Shipments (subject to collect account # provided) are possible via FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Loomis etc.
Product Warranties
Product warranties offered are those provided direct by the various manufacturers. Products sold by KJA International are specially ordered specifically on the basis of your need and any Return of Products (for Exchange or Refund) are subject to Terms set forth by Manufacturers Return Policy. If at all goods are to be returned (for exchange or refund) you will require a Return Authorization Number which can be requested through our Customer Service Department. Out-of-warranty repair requests can be placed directly with the manufacturer. Any Return that occurs will require all necessary original packaging and accessories and software etc.
